Well, I'm going to say No. 8 has an error in the question. The battle in question has not been freed after the war was finite. It was a battle. It has been a series of battles December 1814-January 1815. While peace treaties concluded in Europe and has signed December 24, 1814, the war was not over until the treaty has been ratified by the U.S. Congress in February. You will be hard to find these facts in all textbooks, U.S., Canadian or British. For a detailed account of the battle and impartial, I recommend you read the New Orleans 1815 by Tim Pickles. Tim is a British writer living in New Orleans over the past 20 years. He has good and bad things to say on both sides. Good luck!
